Aside from everyday telephone contact with whichever client is currently briefing chambers, there is very little time to liaise with clients independent of any case work. Barmark and Quality Mark require client feedback to be obtained, but finding the time to do this exercise can be really difficult. If only someone had some free time, you would be able to enhance Chambers relationship with clients significantly.
